Beet, Orange + Burrata Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette

I’ve never really been fond of beets, but I love this recipe. Burrata is always a good idea but with the addition of oranges and beets, it really elevates the dish. This is such a simple, yet delicious recipe and a great blog!
